In case your reservation is not fully prepaid, bills must be settled on presentation, via credit\/debit card (except American Express) or cash in Euro. Personal cheques are not accepted.<\/p>\n

We know that plans change and cancellations of bookings may occur. Guests have the right to cancel their reservations in Living Stone Apartments.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Arrival” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n
Check-in is at 15.00 p.m. on the arrival day. There must be at least one guest over 18ys old in every reservation made. All of the guests\u2019 names must be identified and recorded by the reception in addition to the head guest on the reservation. Guests can check in earlier, depending on the availability of their room, upon request to the reception which is never guaranteed. All guests must present their ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon check-in. By law, visitors must present required personal documents for hotel records and agree to their numbers be kept on record of the Hotel. These documents will be returned upon departure.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Departure” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n
Check-out time is 12.00 p.m. on the departure day. Please inform the reception desk if you wish to retain your room beyond this time and a late check-out will be possible depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff for one day will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of the period of stay, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his\/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Luggage Storage” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n
Subject to availability of the storage space, guests can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period longer than the guest\u2019s stay +\/- 1 day, except in agreement with the management.<\/p>\n

Guests of Living Stone Apartments are kindly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out to Athens or going to sleep.
Living Stone Apartments will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever.<\/p>\n

Living Stone Apartments assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. We are not responsible for any item left behind by a Guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item was found, via the guest\u2019s contact information. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries and personal hygiene products are discarded upon finding.<\/p>\n

Children of all ages are welcome to Living Stone Apartments and can stay in the rooms with the adults. The presence of children must be made known to the management during the reservation process. Children are to be under supervision by an adult at all times and in all spaces and should not be left alone in the rooms or common spaces. Living Stone Apartments does not provide cribs or baby cots.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Pets” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n
Pets are not allowed in Living Stone Apartments,<\/strong> except for service animals. The presence of a service animal must be made known to the Hotel during the reservation process.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Visitors & Invitees” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n Visitors to guests of Living Stone Apartments<\/strong> must notify the reception upon their arrival, must be accompanied by the guest at all times and cannot remain in the rooms after 23.00 p.m.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Hazardous\/Flammable Goods” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n Bringing goods and\/or storing of items of a combustible or hazardous nature and\/or prohibited goods and\/or goods of objectionable nature is not allowed.<\/p>\n Guests shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, the other guests, invitees, visitors, and personnel for all loss, financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions.<\/p>\n Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals (domesticated or not) and all items prohibited by law are not welcome on hotel premises.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Damage to Property” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Ederlezi Boutique Hotel\u2019s property caused by themselves, their invitees or any person for whom they are responsible for.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Guest conduct” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n It is agreed that the guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner towards other guests and hotel staff and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.<\/p>\n The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his\/her room or other areas of the hotel, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the above, the management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him\/her.\n<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Right to refuse service” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n Ederlezi Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone for any reason that does not violate Greek and European law. Guests can charge their mobile devices (phones, tablets, PC\/Macs, music reproduction devices) using their own chargers.
